For owner Brandon Vetter, towing has always been about service.

That technical foundation is a huge part of what sets Tip-Top-Towing apart today.

Where Service Meets Heart

The idea took root early, the first time his mom’s car died on a flooded road and a tow truck arrived to get them safely out. That moment stuck with him — not just the truck, but the relief of someone showing up when help was needed most. From that point on, Brandon knew he wanted to build a company centered around emergency service, technical skill, and doing right by people.

Master Mechanic, Expert Care

After high school, Brandon attended Universal Technical Institute, graduating in 1993 with an Associate’s degree in auto and diesel repair. At the time, he became the youngest double master certified mechanic in the country, a distinction that set the tone for his career. He maintained his certifications for over 30 years, building deep hands-on experience across automotive, diesel, and heavy equipment systems.

Our headquarters sits on five acres in Newman Lake, where Brandon operates a full diesel shop. Every tow truck in our fleet is maintained, repaired, and often assembled in-house. That means:

A True Family Operation

Tip-Top-Towing is proudly family-owned and operated.

Brandon is joined by his wife, Brenda, a CPA with extensive business and financial experience. While she works full-time for a large accounting firm, she plays an important behind-the-scenes role in keeping operations running smoothly. Her background includes owning and operating five tire stores, giving her real-world insight into both the automotive industry and business management.
Together, Brandon’s technical expertise and Brenda’s financial and operational knowledge create a strong foundation — one built on stability, integrity, and long-term thinking, not shortcuts.

Life Outside the Tow Truck

When he’s not running the business, Brandon stays busy building ham radio repeaters on mountain tops, rehabbing small properties, and spending time with Brenda and their four dogs.
